Academic Teaching in Winter Semester 2022/23 (as of August 30, 2022)
Welcome to TUM! We are pleased to welcome you back to campus for winter semester 2022/23. The majority of the courses in winter semester 2022/23 will be offered in face-to-face formats on campus (current state of planning). You can see the way the courses are conducted in TUMonline. Consultation hours are offered in presence.
The lecture period starts on October 17, 2022 and ends on February 10, 2023.

Please observe the current Corona regulations:
As of April 3, 2022, the 3G requirement and compliance checks will cease to apply. This applies to both course meetings and examinations, to employees and guests on all TUM campuses.Pending further information on the extension of the mask requirement, we urgently and emphatically recommend the use of FFP2 masks on all TUM premises where the minimum distance of 1.5 meters cannot be maintained. Master in Communications Engineering (MSCE):
- Kick Off: October 6, 2022 at 4 pm (lecture hall N1190) or virtual session on Zoom on October 7, 2022 at 10 am (link to follow)
- Welcome Event: October 13, 2022 at 2 pm (lecture hall 0602)
Master in Neuroengineering (MSNE):
- Kick Off: within MSNE Project Week (exact date tba)
- MSNE Project Week for Freshmen MSNE: October 11-14, 2022 (Link to project week website to follow).
The exam schedules for the upcoming winter semester will be available on the website around mid-October 2022.
Exam registration for all final exams and re-exams is only possible from November 21, 2022 to January 15, 2023. After the registration deadline, it is generally not possible to register for exams at a later date.
