The NIM summer retreat is an event full of scientific discussions, career informations, exciting workshops and fun.
Get to know other NIM members at the beautiful Spitzingsee surrounded by the bavarian alps!

Besides from career talks from Mr. Goebel from the "Deutsches Museum", and a consultant from TNG amongst others, we can offer you three workshops:
- 3D design with 3D Max by Criss (Christoph Hohmann from NIM)
- Communication/Rhetoric training: How to present your content according to the needs of your audience. Get to now the pyramid principle and revise your talk/poster accordingly.
- and Julie Tumler will introduce you to the work of international organizations.
And more importantly she will tell you all about how to apply and to work there!
For your free time we planned an archery session to teach everybody to be on target for their PhD.
The scientific part will be shape by you! We cordially invite you to present your own research in a talk (15 min+discussion) or on a poster!
