Our Oktoberfest methane study is published as a highlight article in ACP and featured by Science and Nature

The publication covers the first study worldwide that determines the methane emission of a big festival. We found that such festivals are significant sources of the potent greenhouse gas methane. However, they are not considered in the state-of-the-art emission inventories so far.
