Description of Achievement and Assessment Methods

The module is examined in the form of an oral exam. The students must be able to demonstrate their insight into the functional dependencies and the fundamental properties of the analog bipolar technology and into their applications for high frequency circuits.

The students are able to describe, analyse and develop simple designs of bipolar technology, devices and circuits for the highest frequencies in accordance to the state of the art
